- Online Order Procedure?
Ans: To shop online follow these steps:
- Go to bachaaparty.com,
- click on the item you like,
- Select color, size and click on ‘buy now’,
- If you want to shop more products then click on "continue shopping",
- Click on ‘next’,
- Provide your address and details,
- Click on - I confirm my order,
- Pay cash on delivery or Prepaid.
- For larger, bulkier items or high-value orders, payment must be made in advance to process the order.
2. Order cancellation policy?
- Within five business days of placing an order, we will make multiple attempts to confirm the details via phone calls and emails. If we do not receive a response from the customer via either channel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- If a customer wishes to have their order cancelled after placing it, it could only be done before it enters the shipment process. Alternatively, we ask that customers refuse to accept delivery if the order has already been shipped. Although, we do encourage our customers to share their reasons for cancellation with us to help us enhance their experience with us in the future.
- Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled automatically. Similarly, orders from the customers with poor order history are cancelled automatically unless they are prepaid.
- Exchange & Return Policy?
- We have 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, School Supplies, Crockery & Baby Care Items.
- You may please send parcel to us through any courier company at the following address: E-Commerce, Bachaa Party 25-C/2, sector no.5, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
- Please note that items must be unused and contains all the original tags and packaging (if any).
- Once the items reach us, we will directly issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
- If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Bachaa Party.
- Online purchased items cannot be returned in any of Bachaa Party outlets and vice versa, but can exchange from stores with original invoice.
4. Order Delivery Time?
- Our delivery time is 5-7 working days after order confirmation

6. Can you hold my order?
- Yes, we can hold your parcel for 3-4 days after advance payment.
7- Can I modify my order?

9- Delivery Charges?
Yes, a delivery fee of Rs. 149/- is applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, all prepaid orders (excluding RAAST payments) are eligible for free delivery.
10- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both cash on delivery and pre-paid method for payments.
11- How do I track my order after it's been shipped?
We have a tracking option available at our website through which you can track your order.
12- What is your policy on damaged or defective items?
There are 2 ways through which we cater our customers in case of any defect or damage in the product.
1- Customer can go to its nearest store and exchange the item personally or get the refund in terms of cash or vouchers
2- If customer denies to exchange in-person then we pick up the product from customer, exchange and deliver it them or they can get the refund in terms of cash or vouchers.
