Delivery & Returns
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan within 5–7 working days of order confirmation. A delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to Cash on Delivery orders; most prepaid orders qualify for free delivery.
We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy on apparel and shoes (toys, jewelry, swimming gear, and baby care items are excluded). You can exchange items in-store with your original receipt, or contact our customer service team to arrange a return.
