Exchange & Return Policy:

Bachaa Party offers a 30-day exchange & return policy on most products, except for toys, jewelry, swimming gear, stationery, and baby care items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send your parcel through any courier service to the following address:

Please ensure that all items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging (if any) intact. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a voucher will be issued via email, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

 

Important Notes:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable if a product is returned without any specific reason.
• Items purchased online can also be returned or exchanged at any Bachaa Party outlet, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
• Bachaa Party reserves the right to amend or update the exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
