Standard Exchange & Return Policy

Applicable to regular Bachaa Party stores and online orders.

Eligible Items for Exchange & Return

Apparel and Shoes purchased from regular Bachaa Party outlets or online at Bachaa Party Pakistan are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice if applicable

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Categories

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be exchanged or returned:

Return & Exchange Process for Online Orders

To initiate an exchange or return for an online purchase, customers may either visit any regular Bachaa Party outlet or send the parcel through any courier service to:

Once the parcel is received and inspected by our team, a voucher will be issued within 24–48 working hours via email or phone call. The voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Bachaa Party.

Refund & Voucher Policy

  • Bachaa Party does not offer cash refunds.
  • Approved returns are processed in the form of a shopping voucher only.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. However, if an incorrect or damaged item was delivered by Bachaa Party, please contact our support team first for assistance.

Factory Outlet Exchange Policy

Applicable only to purchases made from Bachaa Party Factory Outlet branch.

Products purchased from Bachaa Party Factory Outlet are subject to a separate exchange policy.

  • Items purchased from Bachaa Party Factory Outlet can only be exchanged at Bachaa Party Factory Outlet branches.
  • No return or refund policy applies to discounted purchases.
  • Shoes and apparel items are eligible for exchange only, subject to policy conditions.
  • Toys, accessories, undergarments, food items, and swimwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original invoice and tags.

  • Bachaa Party reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the policy requirements.
  • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount offers may not qualify for return or exchange unless stated otherwise.
